This research examines the authenticity and truthfulness of the Holy Qur’an through the lens of Western thinkers, philosophers, and contemporary scholars. While many Orientalists have historically approached the Qur’an from a critical standpoint, modern Western intellectuals increasingly acknowledge its linguistic excellence, historical reliability, moral framework, and transformative impact on human civilization. This study evaluates various Western perspectives—supportive, neutral, and critical—through a thematic and analytical method. Drawing from classical Orientalist writings as well as modern academic research, the article highlights the intellectual curiosity, philosophical engagement, and evolving attitudes toward the Qur’an in the Western world. The findings reveal that despite ideological differences, many Western scholars recognize the Qur’an as a profound text with enduring spiritual, ethical, and socio-intellectual relevance. Recommendations are offered for promoting balanced and academic dialogue between Islamic and Western scholarship.
