Guided by neoliberal theory, this study examines Pakistan and the UAE's geo-economic shift, per Pakistan’s 2021 National Security Policy and UAE’s Vision 2021. Using qualitative supported by quantitative data, it highlights trade exceeding $10 billion (2023-24), 41% export growth, $6.7 billion remittances (2024) and $10 billion UAE FDI as considerable strong impacts. Imperatives like economic stability and connectivity drive this, while constraints such as geopolitical tensions and institutional barriers challenge it. Potentials in diversification; renewable energy and the digital economy offer greater chances of growth. This partnership reflects middle-power economic statecraft in a multipolar world.
