Abstract

The shift towards e-learning in higher education has significantly transformed the learning landscape, especially in regions like District Bahawalpur. This article investigates the factors that enhance the use and experience of e-learning and their influence on learner satisfaction. Focusing on key factors such as content quality, computer literacy, technological infrastructure, and faculty support, the study provides insights into how higher education institutions in Bahawalpur can optimize e-learning outcomes and improve student satisfaction.
