Abstract

This research examines the intersection of legal frameworks, ethical considerations, cognitive development, and judicial influence in shaping global economic policies. The study will use the thematic analysis method by using existing articles from 2020-2025. The study will examine how these align with cognitive theories and the legal structure of governance. The research findings highlighted the significance of the legal adaption with the ethical responsibility to enhance economic growth. By highlighting the policy implications and the theoretical insights, the study contributes to understanding global economic governance. Also, future studies should explore more applications to enhance the effectiveness of the policies of economics.
