“WAQF :JURISTIC PRINCIPLES AND EXPENDITURES __A RESEARCH REVIEW”

Abstract

This study offers a concise analytical review of the juristic principles and expenditure system of waqf in Islamic law.It examines the legal foundations, conditions and administrative structure governing waqf, including the role of the mutawalli,beneficiary criteria and accountability mechanisms.The research also addresses modern challenges such as state regulation and financial governance.It concludes that classical waqf principles remain relevant and can effectively support contemporary social welfare and sustainable development when applied with proper understanding.
