Abstract

Morphological Analysis of Musnad e Imam Azam Abu Hanifa.This research focuses on the Morphological Analysis of the Book Musnad e Imam Azam Abi Hanifa authored by Imam Azam Abu Hanifa. Born in 80 A.H. in Damascus and passing away in 150 A.H., Imam Azam Abu Hanifa drew his narrations from Imam Ibn e masood, the founder of the Hanafi School of thought. The book is primarily a collection of Hadith, commencing with the chapter on Al-Ilam (Knowledge). As the texts are written in Arabic, a solid understanding of the Arabic language is essential, which inherently includes a grasp of its grammar. Arabic grammar cannot be fully comprehended without considering its morphological elements, which are derived from primary sources. Therefore, I aim to conduct a morphological study of this foundational text to aid students and scholars in grasping the Arabic language and its grammar in a comprehensive manner. This research will focus exclusively on morphological aspects, excluding syntactical or rhetorical analyses.

The research is structured into kitab  ul Ilam and also consist of two sections.
