The denial of Hadith began as a movement by the critical thinkers in the subcontinent. It evoked both scholarly and emotional response on a very large scale due to the recognized status of Hadith as the second primary source of Islamic law. Resultantly, an unending stream of literature in the defence of Haith came into being because the rejection of Hadith as a guiding source has been considered a sinful act in the history of Islamic scholars. This study aims to give an introductory review of twenty-eight (28) Urdu publications that targets an intellectual respond to Hadith rejection. These works cover various branches of Hadith studies, including the history and compilation of Hadith, authentication methods, textual integrity, and rational refutations of objections raised by Hadith deniers. The primary target of these texts is to dismiss skepticism and misapprehensions about Hadith through scholastic thoroughness. This research paper concludes that in order to answer the skepticism that is goinig on since 19th century, the scholars never cease to read and write about the refutal of the denial of hadith because the authenticity of hadith has been proven over the decades and is a nucleus of Muslim beliefs.
