Anger, as a natural human emotion, plays a critical role in influencing thoughts, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships. Islamic teachings provide profound guidance on managing anger through spiritual, psychological, and behavioral frameworks. This study explores anger management in the light of Islamic principles, integrating Qur’anic injunctions, prophetic traditions, and psychological perspectives. By emphasizing self-regulation, mindfulness, and ethical conduct, Islamic teachings offer practical strategies to channel anger positively. The research adopts a qualitative approach to analyze relevant literature, religious texts, and behavioral practices that align with modern psychological insights. Findings highlight that Islamic principles encourage patience, forgiveness, and self-control as key mechanisms for reducing aggression and enhancing mental well-being. The study concludes that Islamic-based anger management strategies complement contemporary therapeutic practices and have the potential to promote holistic emotional health, thereby serving as an integrative model for addressing anger-related behavioral challenges.
